Last night's Democratic National Convention was clearly an attempt to rehabilitate Michelle Obama's
image as a mean-spirited, bitter woman who is disappointed with America and thinks that African-Americans have no chance of getting ahead in the U.S.
The warm fuzzy video feature of Michelle's mother and her own speech portrayed her as a gentle, loving woman who is deeply patriotic and a strong, sensitive supporter of her husband Barack.
Her
previous statements, however, reveal a different Michelle. I think the Michelle portrayed at the DNC was a fake.
Tonight's keynote speaker will be Hillary Clinton. It should be interesting to see how insincere she comes across as a supporter of Barack Obama. As Rush Limbaugh mentioned not long ago, if Obama had picked her for the Vice President spot, he would have had to hire a food taster and someone to look under his car every morning.
